Comfortable Care, Affordable Plans

Financing & Payment

Three financing partners, staged treatment plans, and written quotes — so the financial side of your care is as transparent as the clinical side.

Financing Partners

Three Ways to Finance Your Treatment

The right financing depends on the size of your treatment plan and which terms work best for your situation. We accept all three, and we'll walk you through the options at your consultation.

Local credit union financing

Mountain America Credit Union

Local credit union with established medical/dental financing programs. For qualifying patients we have negotiated up to 72 months at a reduced rate, or 0% financing up to 24 months. Application can be completed with same-day approvals in our office for your convenience.

CareCredit®

The most widely accepted healthcare financing program in the country. Same-day approvals are common, with a promotional period of 6 months for qualifying patients on qualifying balances.

How We Approach Payment

Four Principles

Written Quote Before Any Work Starts

After the diagnostic workup, you receive a written treatment plan with the recommended sequence and the cost for each phase. You see the full number for the prosthodontic side and a separate estimate for any specialist work — before you commit to anything.

Stageable Treatment / Pay-as-You-Go

Treatment can be phased out over time through a pay-as-you-go arrangement that works well for cases delivered across multiple visits over months. Larger work doesn't have to happen all at once — we'll walk you through which phases can be deferred and which depend on each other.

Insurance Coordination

We submit insurance forms on your behalf so you're reimbursed directly. For medically necessary treatment after cancer surgery or for congenital defect rehabilitation, claims can sometimes be submitted to medical insurance — we'll help you work through what your plan covers.

Day-of-Service Payment Expectation

We ask that you pay our fees on the day of service. Your insurance reimburses you directly when your plan covers a portion. Financing arrangements (when used) are coordinated separately with the financing partner you choose.

Frequently Asked

A Few Practical Notes

"Will you tell me the cost before I commit?"

Yes — that's the deliverable of the diagnostic phase. After the workup we provide a written treatment plan with the cost. Larger cases can be staged over time so the financial side is more manageable.

"Can you submit my insurance?"

Yes. We submit your insurance forms on the day of service, and your insurance reimburses you directly. For medically necessary treatment (after cancer surgery, for congenital defects, for some TMD cases) we can also submit claims to medical insurance.

"Which financing partner is best?"

Depends on the size of the treatment plan and what terms you want. Mountain America Credit Union is convenient and has same-day approvals. Proceed Finance handles larger balances with extended terms. We'll walk through your specific case at the consultation.

"What if part of the plan can wait?"

Most multi-phase cases can be staged. Some steps depend on others (extractions before implants, healing before final restorations) but plenty of cases have natural breakpoints where treatment can pause without compromising the result. We'll mark those on your written plan.
